I'm over the soccer league in our city and we had a very large number of soccer shirts to order and he only had a week to order and complete them. He accidentally made a few mistakes, within five minutes of me letting him know I found mistakes he called me. He was very apologetic and drove up (I'm an hour away from him) to pick up the shirts. He remade an entire team's shirts, as well as fixed a few other shirts and then drove them back to me before the next game. I knew that the large and fast order would mean some mistakes but I had no idea how awesome Rik was at customer service!!!!! Customer service is everything to me, and this guy is good. He has definitely impressed me and we will be working with him for years to come. I highly recommend him!!!

Tri-City Tees is Awesome! I worked with Rik and he was the best! My firm had an important event coming up and in less than 5 days, Rik was able to have my design completed, and my shirts ready. He worked around the clock to make sure that our team would be looking sharp. The price is reasonable, the craftsmanship is great, and his communication was exemplary.
